DiSC® Classic

The DiSC® Classic is not a test. It is an assessment tool that will enable you to develop a descriptive view of your behavior tendencies and how you interact with others. You will also learn how to identify the four basic personality styles and how to best communicate with each one.

The System's Background:

The DiSC® Classic is a self-administered, self-developing instrument. Conceived out of the needs expressed by individuals and work organizations, it collects and disseminates information in a rapid, economical way. It is a scientifically researched communications tool that opens the door to greater understanding of self and others in order to build and maintain a sense of personal worth and self esteem in our personal and professional lives. It was originally developed by Dr. John Geier, based upon extensive study of our behavioral tendencies and subsequently refined by Dr. Michael O'Connor.
