Rules, Regulations and Agreements:
  1. I understand that this is an application and does not guarantee acceptance into the Fair. I also understand that once accepted, if I do not pay by
    the date set, I will lose my exhibit space.
  2. Setup must be complete Saturday morning before 9am. Timing details will be sent before the fair. Takedown is Saturday from 5pm to 6pm.
    Exhibitors MUST keep their tables open until 5pm.
  3. The Fair reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any product, company, service and/or demonstration.
  4. Exhibitor is liable for personal injury, or lost/stolen/damaged goods and/or their own insurance.
  5. Exhibitor is financially liable for any damage caused to Brookfield Conference Center property.
  6. Exhibitor is responsible for meeting all city/state resale, licensing, and health department requirements.
  7. Exhibitor provides own meals. Concessions for meals and beverages will be available.
  8. Exhibitors are asked to assist with event promotion to the best of their ability through newsletters, social media
    (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), web links, word of mouth, flyer distribution, etc. Fair logo and information will be provided.
  9. Any additional tables, chairs, equipment, stands, etc., that require additional floor space must be pre-approved and additional charges may apply.
  10. No banners or signs may be hung on the walls.
